Services

Simple Path Media provides website design, landing page development, marketing automation, and workflow automation services for small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement provided before work begins.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other party’s use of the site.

Contact Form and Communications

When you submit our contact form, you provide your name, email address, and optional business details so we can respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not create a binding agreement or obligation for either party. It is simply a request for information or a conversation.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Simple Path Media at the phone number you provide. These messages may include responses to your inquiry, project updates, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications related to our services.

• Consent is not required. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any services from Simple Path Media.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any active project. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month unless you are engaged in an active project conversation.
• Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
• Help. For questions about our SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact us at team@simplepathmedia.com.
• Supported carriers. Major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all networks.

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of message delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Project Agreements

Any services engagement (website design, automation builds, consulting, etc.) is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and revision limits. These Terms of Service do not replace or override the terms of any signed project agreement.

Payment

Payment terms are defined in your project agreement. We use Stripe to process payments. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and logos, is the property of Simple Path Media unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without written permission.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership and usage rights are defined in your project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Simple Path Media provides its website and services on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Simple Path Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Simple Path Media for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Simple Path Media from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
