How I got here
I’m Jay Moore, founder of Simple Path Media.
For over 10 years, I designed digital products at enterprise companies. Large-scale platforms used by millions of people. I led redesigns that improved task completion by 30%, built design systems from scratch, and learned how to solve complex problems with clear, user-focused thinking.
It was great work. But I kept noticing something that bothered me.
The small businesses I’d interact with outside of work — my realtor, my HVAC guy, the restaurant down the street — were stuck with terrible websites and zero systems behind them. They were paying monthly fees for sites that looked like every other template on the internet. They had no follow-up automation, no lead tracking, no conversion strategy. They were doing everything manually and leaving money on the table.
These businesses deserved the same quality of thinking that enterprise companies get. They just couldn’t afford a $200K design team to deliver it.
So I built Simple Path Media to close that gap.
