How we protect your number

• We share your number only with the specific real estate agent connected to your request, and only for the purpose of coordinating that specific showing or transaction
• Message logs are retained for compliance and troubleshooting, and are not used for any other purpose
• Carriers (Twilio, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

How to opt out

• Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from further SMS notifications
• Reply HELP to any message to receive support contact information
• Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan

We use Twilio to send and manage text messages on our behalf. Your phone number is transmitted to Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive. Twilio’s privacy policy is available at twilio.com/legal/privacy.
